Over more than two decades of work spanning electronics manufacturing, quality engineering, mobile device repair, web development, server administration, and project management, I have built a body of expertise that is both broad and deep. Production Quality Engineering

Quality is not an inspection step — it is an architecture decision made at the beginning of a process and maintained through every stage that follows. This conviction has shaped my approach to quality engineering across industries ranging from mobile network manufacturing to consumer electronics refurbishment.

My quality background is formally grounded in ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), and practically tested in environments where the cost of defects is measurable and immediate. At Power Wave Technologies, I introduced Six Sigma practices into an active manufacturing environment. At Ericsson, I conducted integrity testing, system-level validation, and source code inspection for telecommunications hardware. At Swappie, I defined and enforced repair standards, built pre-, mid-, and post-repair quality checklists, and developed systematic error documentation to drive continuous improvement.

I approach quality management as a closed loop: define standards, implement them with precision, measure outcomes, identify deviations, and refine. My experience encompasses quality auditing, root cause analysis, risk management, and the development of quality documentation that is both operationally useful and audit-ready.

Web Development & E-Commerce

My web development expertise is hands-on, production-tested, and oriented toward platforms that operate at commercial scale. I work primarily with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Magento 2, with a strong emphasis on performance optimisation, security hardening, and SEO-compliant architecture.

This is not front-end-only work. I am equally at home in the server environment — diagnosing database integrity issues, managing cache layers including Redis, resolving dependency conflicts, and implementing security patches in response to emerging vulnerabilities. My SEO practice is tool-driven and analytical, using Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog to identify technical issues, evaluate content performance, and develop structured improvement roadmaps.

Web Server Administration & DevOps

Technical Documentation & Training Design

The ability to transfer complex technical knowledge in a clear, structured, and language-appropriate form is a specialism in its own right. It is one I have developed deliberately, and it is the thread that runs most visibly through the latter part of my career.

At Swappie, my primary deliverable was knowledge itself: version-controlled, multilingual documentation covering device diagnostics, repair procedures, grading standards, and quality control processes for a diverse international workforce. I designed structured training programmes from the ground up — onboarding modules, advanced diagnostic content, practical exercises, and assessment frameworks — and delivered hands-on coaching that translated written procedure into consistent technician practice.

This competency rests on three pillars: deep technical understanding of the subject matter, the ability to decompose complex processes into teachable, unambiguous steps, and fluency in Estonian, Russian, and English that allows me to produce and deliver content without relying on translation intermediaries. iPhone Repair & Hardware Diagnostics

Hardware diagnostics at the component level demands a combination of systematic methodology and finely calibrated practical judgement. My experience in iPhone repair spans over two decades of hands-on work with mobile devices, culminating in a specialist role at Swappie focused on documentation, grading standards, and the training of repair technicians.

I have extensive experience diagnosing faults across display assemblies, camera systems, battery and charging circuits, audio components, and logic board hardware. I develop grading frameworks that translate device condition into consistent, auditable categories — a discipline that requires both technical precision and clear definitional language. Troubleshooting frameworks I have built reduce diagnostic time, standardise decision pathways, and make repair outcomes more predictable across teams of varying experience levels.

SAP & Enterprise Systems Awareness

My familiarity with SAP extends to its role within broader organisational data architecture — how ERP systems centralise operational data, integrate cross-functional processes, and provide the real-time visibility that supports informed decision-making. I have completed SAP Cloud ERP onboarding and SAP Business Data Cloud positioning courses, giving me a working understanding of how enterprise platforms are structured, deployed, and positioned within digital transformation initiatives.

IBM Data Fundamentals certification underpins my understanding of data architecture, quality, and governance.
