Open to Work
Open to Work: I’m Actively Looking for My Next Role
After more than two decades spent moving between electronics manufacturing, technical quality control, web development, and infrastructure, I’ve reached a point where I want to say it plainly: I’m open to work, and actively searching.
I’m not looking for just any job. I’ve spent the last few months deliberately mapping my background against roles where I believe I can contribute from day one — and a few others where I’m building toward real strength. Here’s where I’m focused, and why.
Project Manager / Project Developer
This is the role that probably fits me most naturally, because it’s what I already do for myself. Running Synapse and Magento Eesti as ongoing businesses means I own every phase of a project — scoping the work, setting the timeline, managing the budget, coordinating with clients, and making sure what gets delivered actually solves the problem. I’ve also spent real time designing structured training programs from the ground up (most recently at Swappie), which is project development in every sense: define the objective, build the curriculum, roll it out, measure the results, adjust. I move comfortably between Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches depending on what the project actually needs, not what’s fashionable.
AI Specialist — Data, Cybersecurity & Cloud Infrastructure
This is where I want to be honest about what’s proven and what’s emerging. My cybersecurity and cloud-infrastructure experience is real and current: I administer production Linux servers daily, harden live e-commerce platforms against disclosed vulnerabilities, configure security headers, manage intrusion-prevention tooling, and have handled database migrations under pressure. That’s backed by a solid IBM certification track across cybersecurity, cloud security, and incident response. My AI and data-science side is younger — built through structured coursework (IBM’s Machine Learning for Data Science Projects, Data Literacy, and Generative AI risk-management training) rather than years on the job — but it’s a foundation I’m actively building on, and I learn fast.
Quality Assurance Engineer (QA · QC · QE) — Manufacturing & Hardware Quality
This is where I started, and it’s still where I feel most at home. Over 20 years across Elcoteq, Power Wave Technologies, and Ericsson gave me a genuine, hands-on relationship with incoming inspection, in-process testing, and final quality checks on electronic hardware. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001:2015 certification, and I’ve spent years since then applying that same discipline to writing diagnostic guides, grading standards, and troubleshooting trees at Swappie. Root cause analysis isn’t theoretical for me — it’s what I did every day when a device didn’t pass.
Quality Specialist — QMS · Auditing · CAPA · Continuous Improvement
Closely related to QA Engineering, but with more emphasis on the system around the inspection: building and maintaining the documentation, the corrective-action loop, and the KPI tracking that keeps quality consistent across a whole team, not just one bench. That’s exactly what I built at Swappie — checklists, version-controlled documentation, defect tracking, and training that turned individual fixes into a repeatable standard.
Why now
I’m based in Tallinn, Estonia, and open to opportunities across Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Luxemburg and US — on-site, hybrid, or fully remote. I work comfortably in Estonian, Russian, and English, which has mattered more than I expected in every multinational team I’ve been part of.
If any of this overlaps with something you’re hiring for, I’d genuinely like to talk. You can reach me directly at andres.antsiferov@gmail.com, or find more detail on my background at antsiferov.eu and LinkedIn.
I’m ready to start as soon as a good fit comes along.
Bridging Strategy and Execution: Open for New Opportunities
In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, success isn’t just about having a great idea—it’s about the precision of its execution. I am a project manager and web developer who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and strategic business goals. I am currently seeking new opportunities where I can leverage my experience to help organizations build robust, high-quality digital products.
How I Drive Value
My professional philosophy centers on transforming complex requirements into actionable workflows. Whether managing data-heavy infrastructure or building responsive web platforms, I focus on the structural integrity of every project.
Project Management & Coordination: I bring clarity to complex project lifecycles, ensuring that goals are met on time and aligned with business objectives. I am comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing the technical documentation necessary for enterprise-grade operations.
Web Development & Optimization: From database management (including Magento 2 and WordPress ecosystems) to server-side optimization on AlmaLinux, I ensure that digital platforms are not just functional, but performant and secure.
Quality Assurance: I view quality as a fundamental component of development, not an afterthought. My background instilled in me a rigorous approach to troubleshooting and maintaining technical standards, ensuring that the end product is resilient and user-friendly.
What I Bring to the Table
I am looking for roles that demand both technical depth and leadership capability. My expertise spans:
Technical Stack Management: Proficient in web development, module integration, and server infrastructure (cPanel, WHM, Redis).
SEO & Data Management: Expertise in Google Search Console, sitemap architecture, and site optimization.
Agile Collaboration: Experience in environments that require adaptability, clear communication, and the ability to manage large data streams.
Seeking Strategic Partnerships
I am looking for long-term collaborations that allow for a remote or hybrid working environment. I am most effective when embedded in teams that value structured, results-oriented processes. Whether you are a scaling startup or an established enterprise, I am ready to contribute immediately to your mission.
